• Pick up

We provide “Click and Collect” as an option for our local customers. Pick Up is available once the order has been paid online. You can pick up the items at our Western Sydney warehouse located in Prospect 2148. Pick-up time is between 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Delivery and shipping:

All parcels have a tracking number that can be traced. If you are unsure of your tracking number, please email us your name and address to info@pharmpak.com.au

• For the delivery, we assume you will be available to take delivery when your parcel arrives. If you are unable to personally receive your parcel, we will assume you have provided “Authority to Leave” and the courier will leave your parcel in a secure place at your address.
• For some of the couriers, if you are not home when the courier delivers your item, they will provide you with a card with the option of “pick-up from a depot” or “redelivery”. If you are not home the second time, a redelivery fee will be incurred for the subsequent redelivery.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders by 2:00 p.m. – AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. Please note that there are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
• Free delivery (Metropolitan and most of the area in Australia) for all orders over Australia. There are some areas where couriers won’t go at a reasonable price. It is best to check with us if your delivery location is free of charge.
• Our delivery method is made by local courier only. It could not deliver to your PO Boxes.
• We do not ship internationally.
